Hidden Meadows is a 312 single-family townhome development located on Werley Road just west of Allentown, Pennsylvania. TCG was contracted to fully design this land development. TCG services included open space layout, dwelling unit layout, road design, site grading, stormwater and post- construction stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control design, landscaping and site phasing. TCG was responsible for obtaining the required approvals/ permits from Penn DOT (H.O.P. for stormwater discharge), DEP (Planning Modules and NPDES), Lehigh County Conservation District (E&S approval), PP&L (on-site easement), ACOE/ DEP (Jurisdictional Determination), Lehigh County Authority (water design approval), Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (Act 167 Stormwater Management approval) and Upper Macungie Township Board of Supervisors approval. Phase I-B of the site is currently under construction and multiple condominium units of the initial phase are available for prospective home buyers.
